Springs Dentistry is deeply grateful for the sacrifices our military members and their families have made to protect and serve our nation. In honor of their courage and dedication, we created Smiles for Heroes Day—an annual opportunity to give back by providing free dental care to veterans, active-duty service members, and their families. Through this special day, we are proud to provide at least $60,000 in complimentary dental care each year to those who have served our country.

Community Scholarship
Springs Dentistry is proud to offer the Springs Dentistry Community Scholarship. This program is designed to help a patient continue their education beyond high school and become a productive and contributing member of society. The scholarship may be used for any trade, graduate, or post graduate curriculum. The recipient will be chosen by a committee in June each year.
The office will donate $1000 per year for the scholarship.
Qualifications include:
- 15 - 25 years of age
- Patient has been seen at the practice twice within the year of the award
- Be current on the patient’s billing account
If you are interested in the scholarship, please complete the application by June 15th.
